We pay homage to Australia’s original storytellers who remind us that storytelling is about deep listening. We recognise Australia’s First Nations Peoples for their ongoing connection to storytelling, country, culture, and community. We also respectfully acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which we’re all situated and recognise that it was never ceded.  

Jane Frank

Dr Jane Frank is a Brisbane poet, editor and academic. Her debut poetry collection Ghosts Struggle to Swim was published by Calanthe Press in May 2023, and she is the author of two previous chapbooks. Her work has been widely published in journals and anthologies in both Australia and internationally including Antipodes; Westerly; Cordite; Meniscus; Australian Poetry Anthology; Shearsman; Poetry Ireland Review and The Ekphrastic Review.
