Seren is a student at Swinburne University, back again to study Creative Writing and Publishing after graduating in 2021 with a degree in Communication Design (Honours). Their favourite genre is fantasy, a love that also extends to art, music, and games. They’re so passionate about writing that they’ve written dozens of unpublished (and often unfinished) novels, from children’s books to YA series. One day they hope to have one of their lovingly written books published, so they can inspire their favourite audience; other queer and disabled readers.
Their eclectic hobbies include anything from Dungeons and Dragons to vampire LARP, aerial hoop to ballroom dancing, violin to ice hockey. And to top it all off, they’re a swimming teacher in their spare time. Whenever they’re not out causing chaos, they’re at home, curled up with a nice hot spiced Chai and reading, imagining they’re one of the heroes in their favourite books.
