Charles Murray, born Dublin, Ireland 1940, migrated to Australia in 1963 with the intention of working in the teaching profession however fate and circumstance led to a career in the Civil, Marine and Defence engineering industries in which he is still involved as a consultant.
A member of North Shore Poetry Project, he has been dedicated to creative writing since his student days when the messages of Christmas and Easter shaped him as a proactive peace-loving social justice advocate and activist whose poetry and memoir pieces have been published in the broadsheet, tabloid and magazine media throughout Australia and overseas.
